In behalf of the CyberHub Quality Assurance Team, we would like to thank you for your patronage in our services.

First of all, we would be really honest and straightforward with you (Unlike other content services that offers broken promises):

We're currently in extreme peak season, and your order may experience heavy delay due to massive premium orders. This is our present turnaround time as of first week of August:

P. Package 1/6 = 5-7 Days
P. Package 2/7 = 1-2 Weeks
P. Package 3/8 = 2-3 Weeks
P. Package 4/9 = 1 Month

We really, really (with all our heart) apologize for this inconvenience. We're really trying our best to cope up with all of our customers. We would like to inform you that we will be hiring a very large group of professional writers by middle of August (Even though we're always hiring). Hopefully, this upcoming season, we're targeting this turnaround time:

P. Package 1/6 = 2-3 Days
P. Package 2/7 = 2-3 Days
P. Package 3/8 = 3-5 Days
P. Package 4/9 = 1-2 Weeks


Anyways, we will give you two options:

1.) Reply here, request for a full refund, and cancel the order.
2.) Just ignore this message and wait for your package --> also comes with a refund!


We would always like to treat you special in every way, and we don't have plans to raise our prices. In return, please do understand that we may have delays especially during peak seasons.
